Prices and Payment |

All prices are in Euro including the German VAT (7% for books, 19% for all other Products in the shop), but without shipping. |

Delivery for consumers only does take place against prepayment at our bank account or against payment by Pay pal (on request). |

Shipping costs and delivery |

Packaging and Battery Ordinance |
|

We are required under the provisions of the Ordinance to take back packaging of our products that bear the mark of a system of disposal (such as the "Grüner Punkt" of the Duales System Deutschland AG), and have to take for its reuse or disposal.
If you have questions about the return of the packaging, please contact with such products, please contact us. We will then call a local repository
(recycling center, yellow bin, recyclable bag) or a waste management company in your area, which receives packaging free. If this is not possible, you have the opportunity to send the package to us. The packs are used by us again or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.

Dispose of used batteries, as prescribed by law - the disposal of household garbage is loud battery regulation specifically prohibited - to a local collection point or put them for free to a local dealer. Acquired by us batteries you can use to return to us free of charge at the address below or by mail with sufficient postage back to us.

Customers right of cancellation |

Begin of revocation instructionYou can cancel your contract within 14 days from the date on which the goods have taken possession of you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier or has without cause with a clear statement (eg letter, fax , e-mail). The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilling our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations according to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 BGB. The revocation period is sufficient to send the revocation. You can use the withdrawal form.

Consequences of revocation
In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. If you can not or in part, or only return them in a deteriorated condition give us the performance received and benefits (eg benefits of use), you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only to the extent the use or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond testing the properties and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and trying out the goods, as it is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to where you teach us within 14 days from the day of withdrawal, to be returned. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods ordered and corresponds to the price of the returned goods does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing at the time of the revocation yet the return or a have provided contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise the return is free for you. Not parcel things do you pick. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you with proof of return or the receipt of the goods by us, whichever is the earlier.

Reclamation and warranty |

Defects have to be announced in written from immediately (for transport defects at the latest 5 days after receive of the goods).The same applies to Reclamation of incomplete or wrong delivery. |

Little discrepancies of dimension or colour don’t entitle the customer to claim. |

If the reclamation is qualified, the customer has the right to choose credit or compensation delivery. Not prepaid shipments will not be accepted. If the claim is justified, the postal rate will paid back. |
